Facility
The "access friendly" upper storey of the Windsor Youth Centre has been completely refurbished with the principal aim of providing affordable, well presented and easily accessible training and meeting facilities, virtually in the centre of Windsor and within walking distance of all railway & coach stations.
Conference rooms can accommodate 15, 25, or 40 personnel in comfort, with several variations in seating and, or table arrangements. A Smartboard, amplifier & overhead projector mean that the trainer, or presenter need bring just the presentation material on any form of USB storage. Everything else is provided on site. Or how about bringing your local club, organisation or exhibition material along and bring a real local event that little bit nearer to your members and customers.
9 state-of-the-art desktop and 4 laptop computers offer top rate IT capability and this is complimented by an interactive Smartboard and overhead projector. All machines connect to wireless Internet and there is a wireless printer, copier, telefax and scanning combination available from all machines.
Windsor & Maidenhead Voluntary Action (WMVA) provide Sector 3 training in Microsoft Office programmes, as well as several vocational courses, such as Health & Safety and 1st Aid In The Workplace, but the IT suite is available for independent hire too, with or without instructors. Call us, or drop in for a coffee and see just what we have available.
Between sessions, why not relax in the friendly café area and kitchen, adjacent to the meeting rooms, where beverages are available and where most types of refreshments can be arranged to suit pocket and taste.
If you're looking for meeting space, training rooms, or computer facilities, but you no longer have that large corporate training budget available in these financially uncertain times, or you simply don't want to pay exorbitant fees for necessary everyday facilities, you cannot afford to miss this opportunity. Call us on 01753-867335, or e-mail us on resourcecentre@wmva.co.uk> and let us review your needs right away.
